The problem it solves

Unpaid invoices sit in spreadsheets and chats. Nobody is sure who was chased, what was promised, or how much is actually overdue, so the money you're owed gets chased late or not at all.

What you can do

List open invoices with the balance still owed and how many days overdue
A daily "chase today" list that skips customers who promised a date
Aging view: what is owed now, and 1–30, 31–60, 61–90 and over 90 days late
Log each call or message, the promised date and part-payments
A polite message to copy into WhatsApp or email, written from the invoice details

What it doesn't do yet

It doesn't send reminders or messages: it writes the text and you send it. It isn't accounting software, doesn't read your accounting system, and doesn't collect payments.
